Migrating and Upgrading to Joomla! 4.x • 1242 Subquery returns more than 1 row

hello, after the update from 4.4.8 to 4.4.9 this error appears in the frontend on my website:

the error is mainly displayed in connection with profile views or in connection with login and registration.

does anyone have same issues or can you help me narrow down the problem?
