Hi, I found a post on here that had a similar problem to me. Their /administrator page wasn't loading and they had the JSN_Epic_Pro Template.
Unfortunately that user doesn't exist anymore so I couldn't message them directly but I'm hoping someone here can help.
I know Joomla 3.10.12 is well out of date along with Joomlashine and I shouldn't be using them, but when I tried upgrading to 4 it broke the site (again probably due to the template being used), and management didn't want a different looking website so told me to stick the original back.
It's a school website that has been slowly dying and has obviously been neglected due to lack of skills/funds/time. There is a plan to get a new website done soon but management has been dragging this out for years and they are content with the current website.
But now I can't get into the admin site so I can't do any more edits.
It's hosted on GoDaddy so I have cPanel Admin access but how do I get the administrator site working again?
Can I disable the template just for the admin site or something similar? How do I go about doing that? The post I linked mentioned editing the extensions table - I've no idea how to do that.
